For direct push, go to the start menu, and then click the Set Up Email icon. Follow the steps to set up email on your phone. I think that the Push Email icon will show up. But, I know that once you get email set up, you will be able to download email to your phone (just make sure you are in a good wi fi area or have a data connection with T Mobile.) For Data Connection, I think you will need to have a data plan with T Mobile. (Now, I'm a prepaid customer, so I use the $1.49 Web Day pass, and when I activate it, the Data Connection button is lit up.) Try that, and try calling T Mobile as well.
To perform a master/hard reset on your HTC S621 you will need to: 1.
