E-Nr of the machine. You can find it on the label around the door and/or at the back of machine.

This is usually because there is water in pump which does not get drained over time. Leave the porthole door open from time to time to let the odour out. Make sure the laundry drain backflow has not dried up causing sewer smell to come through.
Run the washing machine empty using a packet of cleaning agent available from supermarket. see this site http://www.hillmark.com.au/products/scalexplus.aspx
we have a shop in stirchley birmingham that sells new and used parts for allwashing machines and tuble dryers if you go online you may be able to find a place near you or go on tecnik web and search for the part.
should not need to as the 2 screws holding the hinge to the frontplate of the machine goes into a threaded nut welded to the panel (a torx 30 or 40 bit is needed).. just remove the screws and raise the hinge and pull forward..(keyhole slotted on)... then reverse to attach the new door...
