Its the fault in the internal board due to over voltage passed to the board.and needs reparing on the particular component which is causing this .just check out the component with a meter if you have a technical knowledge.or it needs a repair technician at your place.

There is nothing in the manual about error codes. The power supplies might need to be looked at by a repair shop. If the problem isn't overheating, thats the only thing that would cause it to just turn off other than a more severe problem that would also only be repairable by a professional.

I hope this will help you. Drop me a comment if you still have problems. I will help you.Your vote is highly be appreciated

Well if letting it cool off for a few hours does work its a heating issue and might want to think about placement. If it STILL doesn't work after trying you may want to contact Panasonic CLICK HERE
(link to there support by email page) or you can call toll free By phone: 1-800-211-PANA (7262) . If its under warranty they will be able to fix it or replace it. Otherwise you will have to pay them to work on it, find out how much it will cost and compare that to the cost of a new TV.

Hi Guys, looks like, it is a thermal shutdown issue. Try the following: Keep a fan and direct the air towards the bottom vent holes. Switch on the TV. Keep it on continuously for more than 2 hours and see if the TV shuts off again. If not, then it confirms Thermal shutdown. Check if you have kep any papers, cloth etc very close to TV. Keep the TV ventilated. Let there be air circulation.

10 blinks is a fault on digital board related to HDMI signal circuit. Try moving HDMI cable to a different plug.

You get 10 flashes on panasonic plasma when the TV has a problem with the HDMI digital inputs.
Common solutions are using a different HDMI port.
Unplugging everything from power, and powering TV back on before HDMI connected devices, using different connections etc.

See a discussion about same problem here.

To explain the problem in more details, TV returns 10 blinks when a too high voltage gets to CPU from video input signal.

Below there is the technical explanation for the problem, from service manual:

"Under normal condition, pin 114 of the main CPU (IC1100) is low. When a short circuit or an over-voltage condition occurs, the SOS detect circuit is triggered causing pin 114 to go high. When pin 114 goes high, the TV shuts down and the power LED blinks 10 times. When the F+STB15V line is shorted, the base of Q3503 goes low turning it on. When Q3503 is on, a high is applied to pin 114 of IC1100 triggering the shutdown operation. The same will happen if a short circuit develops in the DTV9V line and the SUB5V line. The transistor Q3505 monitors the SUB5V and the DTV9V lines. If any of these supply voltages becomes excessive, the inline zener diode (D3505 or D3506) goes into conduction and turns on transistor Q3505. As a result, a voltage drop appears at the base of Q3503, causing it to turn on and output a high to pin 114 of the MPU, IC1100. The MPU shuts down the unit."

The info above is more useful for a technician.

Before calling a technician, try playing with HDMI connections, by switching connections, and uunplugging devices as suggested above.

If that still does not work, then there is an internal fault, in that case call the service number listed on the service manual.

The most likely is a problem with HDMI cable, as reported on many forums. Try first all suggestions on my previous comment.

10 times flashing is not overheating, it is overvoltage, this can happen because of the HDMI cable or because of an internal fault, in this case call the technician.

First leave TV unplugged overnight, and restart tv with no hdmi or other cables.

If you still have ten blinks, then there is an internal fault, and several components must be tested and eventually replaced.

    (10 blinks= "F+15V, DTV9V, SUB5V SOS Detect Circuit" That means voltage too high (+-.5 allowed) either on 15V, 5V, 9V circuits.)

The thermal shutdown issue comment is rather incorrect, and was taken from a comment for a different situation, you can try the fan, this wont make any harm, but if the TV restarts is only because it had stayed umplugged for a while.

If it keeps having 10 blinks, voltage on internal boards is unstable.

Panasonic plasma tv indicator light blinks 10 times

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
