Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've tried taking out the cartridges and putting them back, but the message is the same. The don't appear to have run out of ink.
Sounds as though you have a bum sensor, you may have to take it back to the store where you purchase it, or buy new cartridges and try them, you may have gotten some bad cartridges, it happens! Even tho they are new? Are they the correct ones for your unit????
