Installed a new control board in a Whirlpool G15FSAXVY04, display reads PE0 000 flashing, what should I do next

You need to program the control board to match the refrigerator. Look for the serial plate and locate the number following "Code". That number is the program code and you will need that value.

1) press and hold Door Alarm keypad.
2) Press and hold the Freezer Temp Down keypad.
3) Release the Door Alarm keypad and wait 3 seconds. The refrigerator display should read PE - programming mode.
4) Press the Freezer Temp Down keypad to confirm that you are in the programming mode. Compare the Code number displayed to the one you recorded off the serial plate.
5) If they are the same, press and hold the Door Alarm keypad for 3 seconds to exit the programming mode.
6) Otherwise, press the Refrigerator Temp Up or Down keypads to change the first digit in the program code to get the correct value.
7) Press the Freezer Temp Up keypad to move to the next digit in the program code to adjust that. Use the Refrigerator Temp Up/Down buttons.
8) Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all of the digits match the Program Code from the serial plate of your appliance.
9) Press and hold the Freezer Temp Down button until the display begins to flash to save the code. If you hear a beep, the code is incorrect and was not saved.

If you heard a beep, return to steps 6 and 7 to correct the program code. Then go to step 9 again. If the code was saved, press any keypad to exit the programming mode.

I hope this helps.

What if the code doesn't work for the refridgerator once we install the board? It justs beeps which means incorrect code.

Please pay careful attention to step 5
1. Press and HOLD down the alarm keypad
2. Press and hold the Freezer Temp DOWN Keypad ( - )
3. Release the Door Alarm Keypad and wait 3 Seconds
4. The control will display PE to initate the program mode
5. Entry is confirmed by pressung the Freezed temp Down Keypad (-) once more.

6. The control will display the CURRENT program code. This value should be validated with the Program CODE printed on the unit serial plate.
NOTE: If the program CODE is correct, The programming Mode is exited by closing the Refrigerator door(s).
7. Press the Refrigerator Temp UP Keypad (+) or the Refrigerator Down Keypad (-) to change the digit value with each key press.
8. The decimal point indicates the selected digit. Press the Freezer Temp UP keypad (+) to select the next digit
9. Once the desired program code is displayed, press and hold the Freezer DOWN (-) keypad until the progam CODE begins flashing indicating it has been saved.

Rm2620 panel control lights are flashing if the temp selected is above level 2. At level 3 and above the on, auto, gas and temp indicator lamp flashes, I hear a click at each flash and if the door is open...

NOTE: This
is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.
First I would check cold control. Thats where you turn it off, if your temp is not warm. it can
be defective and not shutting off. If your temp is warm proceed with the following.
I would check the fan in the freezer. Listen to see if it is running
It moves air to the ref from the freezer
Then check to see if FREEZER CONTROL is turned WARMER WHICH MAKES THE REF COLDER AND VICE-VERSA. SEE?
The ref. temp should be about 33-35
The Freezer temp should be 0 to 10 Any thing below these temps is overkill and a waste of elect
The higher the number you turn it up to is the coldest
But is probably a common defrost problem The ice build up
is not being melted by the defrost system. The fan can't blow through the coils into the fridge.
Take out back panel of freezer to check for ice buildup. The coils should be clean.
There are three components to a defrost system- a heater, heater thermostat, and a timer unless you have a defrost electronic card.
Its best handled by a Technician but you could possibly do it by taking your model number to the nearest appliance parts store and asking for the parts. They are mostly located in freezer ,behind back panel on freezer coils.except the card which is usually located in ref The parts store will have info
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath
Make sure back cover is on the fridge. Some take them off and throw them away.
make one out of cardboard if its gone, using the holes of the old one.
