Sounds like you have set the child safety lock. If you have still have the instruction manual it will tell you how to unset it. If no manual use a search engine to download the manual for your make and model. Hope this helps.

Setting the Child Protection Lock
You can lock your microwave oven so it can't be used by unsupervised
1 Press the My Choice Button and the 5 button at the same time for
The display shows : CHILD LOCK ON.
2 The display returns to the time of day.
At this point, the microwave oven cannot be used until it is unlocked. To
unlock it, repeat steps 1-2 above.
