Hello everybody, I NEED HELP, PLEASE, can anybody help me, i have this player, but i don't have any cd with software for it, so I don't know how to put songs to this player. It needs software or something on pc to work with it. Can anybody send me any information about this? My email: [email protected] THANK YOU!!!

Sorry it wasn't the Elio Jukebox with 20 GB, it was the Elio Jukebox with 4 GB.
And yes it's solved. I copied the files from a second Elio on it. Not the files from the CD!!! You must copy the files from a working unit. It works with mine. If you need the files - I can mail it to you. I am from Germany but after you copied the files you can change the language from German to English on the player menue.

ok do one thing try it to do in ITUNES . connect your juke box and try to open it in ITUNES it can dowloaded for free in www.apple.com
