a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Go to the "automatic code search" section of your DTV user's guide and follow the instruction for programing your DT remote. If the batteries are weak, you may need to change them in order to program the remote.

Hey neri melendez!
You can find instructions on how to program our remotes at this link: http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/remote-setup. Select your model of receive from the list and the PDF document will contain the instructions on how to program your remote in the future. I have provided the steps below for quick reference for you!
Addressing Remote to TV:
1.) Press and hold the clear TV button until all mode lights light up.
2.) Release and TV light will be blinking.
3.) Enter code and press #. The TV button should flash 3 times.
4.) Try functions (Volume, Power, etc..) and see if working.
5.) If no function, repeat steps 1-4 with another code.
