1st you can have a look at the back of your computer for a GREEN highlighted hole that you can place your green highlighted cable into then connect the power cable to the power outlet and then it should work fine.

SOURCE: Logitech OEM S220 2.1 Speaker

1. there is an on switch on it, on the round thingy
2. try using an ipod or mp3 player to test, and only plug in the green wire
3. Make sure the volume is in mid range by turning the knob to the middle
4. Check connection to subwoofer
5. that's all I got, maybe it was not meant to be. But the sound on mine is pretty good :)

click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the
(appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there

Need replacement sub box

Go to nearest computer store, ask them if they can give you the address of Logitech service center in your area.If one store does not help, go to 2 -3 more.
Another option , try searching in google maps for logitech service center in you area, this might sound stupid but works in some cases.
