at the back there should be about 4 screws that go through tv casing and into stand. undo them and then lift the tv from the stand, get someone to give you a hand lifting it
The tv base stand tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a used or new base stand.The tv remote cotrol,try website like Remotes.com to buy an exact remote or very close to the original remote.
On the bottom of the Element FLX-1910 there are 4 tabs located on the bottom side of the base. With the help of another person, please slide all 4 tabs in an inward direction. This will release the tension between the base and the stand. Slide the base over the tabs and remove the base from the stand.

Regardless of wether it is built in or free standing you will have to remove the rear panel, possibly the top cover as well.
The element may be fastened from the inside of the oven .or on the outside at the rear, depending on which way the screws have been fixed.
Undo the fixing screws, disconnect the wires taking note of the connections ,this is very important, and withdraw the element from inside the oven.
Fit new element in reverse order, it is a fairly straight forward repair to do..
