go into the menu, go to settings, image, and select ceiling (it's probably on "front" right now).

Words are showing backwards


Your projector has been set up for rear projection - you need to change it to front projection. Access the setup menu, then use the option to flip the image horizontally. Viewing the image in a mirror may make it easier for you while navigating through the menu options

Cannot power on


First check the power cord and the AC out (110/220vac)
If you say "no power", death.
You need to change the power supply.

. You can reverse or flip the image for installation in a rear projection system or on the ceiling. To reverse or flip the image, press the Menu button on the keypad. Go to Main > Setup > System. Select the Rear checkbox or the Ceiling checkbox.

The Infocus logo image is up-side-down even without connecting to the computer.


Many projectors allow you to vertically flip the image for mounting the projectors upside down. Each projector is different in how to change that setting, so I would look in your owners manual.

Upside down images


the projector will project 4 image configurations: front, rear, ceiling front, and ceiling rear. go into the menu, under settings, and change it from ceiling to front.

there are 4 projection choices: front, rear, ceiling front, ceiling rear. go into the menu, settings, and select front.
