You can download the drivers on the KWorld website here: http://global.kworld-global.com/main/support_faq.aspx?mnuid=1255&modid=14. However, if you need the 3rd party applications that come with it (I guess Power Producer/Power Director) they can't be downloaded there. You will need to contact support on that website (click support->contact support in the upper menu) and ask for a replacement disc.
if using Windows make sure to check the Sounds and Audio device Properties by Right clicking the speaker icon on the right side of taskbar. Check all tabs for Recording settings, there may be recording tests on some pages...check Advanced rbuttons for recording settings.
note settings prior to modification so you can change them back if needed.
You are trying to copy or record a copy protected video or your VCR has internal copy prevention turned on.
If you wish to copy tapes or dvd's, use a PC based system. You can also pull the raw video information off the VCR if you know where to connect to on the video board of the VCR. I cannot tell you how to to this as I have no idea which VCR you are using however, google the brand and model of your VCR, find a schematic and you should be able to pick the raw video feed into the video decoder chip and use that. Use shielded cables and NEVER undertake any work inside anything when it is plugged into the power outlet, disconnect it first by removing the plug from the outlet (never rely on the switch either).
I was looking at the specs and it looks as if it is meant for the PC and not the MAC cause if it was meant to be used on the MAC then there would be specs for the MAC for the system requirements. I checked out Tiger Direct for the information:
