Question about Canon PIXMA MP760 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I got the message after changing the ink cartridge.
Assuming you have tried resetting the PC and printer and that the printer isn't in warranty I would suggest some cleaning of the printhead contacts.
1. First of all remove any cartridges from the printhead.
2. Lift the release on the right of the printhead, so that it is free to move in its holder.
3. You should be able to remove the printhead now, but be careful as you may need a small screwdriver to loosen fitting behind.
4. Clean all available contacts on the printhead with a clean piece of non-fibrous tissue.
5. Reinstall the printhead carefully.
6. Check to see if the printhead is accepted.
If this doesn't help it may be that the printhead has developed a genuine fault and will need replacing.

Hi I have U051, and U052 coming up, I did what it said to do press ok if that doesn't work turn it off, now it is continuously going to these problems. What do I do.

yes . put exactly the cartridge that is compatible with your printer , make sure that you are replacing with the one that has the same number on it as that of the previous cartridge
