Bad ram causes restarts; download from memtest86.com and test the RAM first. Next, check fans and BIOS temp for overheating; clean out dust if fans are overheating and causing restarts. Check CPU heat-sink; if detached system will overheat and restart immediately.

Are you on a wireless connection? If so, try disabling the media server connection on the Internet Settings tab and restart your connection. If this doesn't work, try moving your Playstation 3 to a Wired Connection.

Try a power off shutdown and restart, but I suspect this is server side issue, espeically the picture issue. not on your machine.

Fuzzy image on HP GL360 Server

It need'nt be a software issue. If the KVM is fine with other servers in the rack, the the problem could be due to the resolution of the server u mention. Try a remote desltop connection and verify the resolution.

Also try restarting the KVM.

If the KVM is having problem with other servers also, then it is the problem with the KVM itself

The server shutdown approxmatly every day

if the log says that the shutdown was unexpected, then I'd suspect a power outage at that time. If you're using a managed PDU, check to see if that outlet (or the whole pdu) is set to power cycle. If you have more then one power supply, I'd recommend plugging them into different pdu circuits. If you're pluged in to a UPS, suspect that the UPS is cycling and that there's no UPS management service running. If you're plugged into (yikes) the wall, suspect building power.

Booting probleam

Hi FAYU,
First make sure that the monitor is plugged into power and properly connected to the tower. If it is, does it sound like the server is actually powering up even though you are not getting display? If the server is powering up, then I would suspect the monitor to possibly be faulty. You can troubleshoot this by attaching another monitor.
If the server is not powering up, then you may have a faulty power supply or faulty processor.

DP-300U keeps falling off network

This print server is a problem child. Lack of sufficient buffer memory and every ever-so-slight voltage change causes this print server to die. DLink has NO good print servers as far as I'm concerned. You should replace the "other" remaining print server as soon as possible, unless you get paid for the onsite call. I've had experience with this unit. My last experience with it, though, was when I unpinched the unit from between my thumb and forefinger over a garbage can. ZT3000 "Beta tester of "0"s and "1's"
