Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
There should be a little tiny hole on the back of the player.
Use a tooth pic and hold it down for about 15 seconds if that dont work.
You will need a firmware update.
Go to RCA website download the firmware for your player.
then plug in the player to usb device of your pc.
Install the newly downloaded firmware.
