If it's showing that much of usage, then please follow the following steps:

1. Connect the phone to PC in storage mode.
2. Open command line from run section in start menu.
3. Do it by typing cmd from run.
4. Then switch to the drive no of your phone by typing (for eg if it's 'e' type e:)
5. In the command line type attrib -s -h *.* and press enter.

Lost and Huge garbled files on Memory Card

This can be a problem with the conflicting device & memory card, or a problem caused by a pocket pc software using the memory card as it's first storage area. You can recover the software folders that can be read by your PC by simply transfering them, and some folders maybe cannot be read, so you'll have to reinstall them. But first, I'll advice you to format the memory card within your PC. Although it'll work for some time, I think you'll encounter the same problem again with the same memory card. I think you can try another brand's memory card, and also you can try to install most of the software used by windows constantly to your main memory, and others like games to your memory card. I hope this will help.

My Blackberry delete my texts and call logs automatically. Please

the trouble is that you have used all of the memory on your phone to check it go to the little tool symbol that looks like a wrench and then go to status check to see how much free files you have if it says zero you will need to delete some unwanted files most of the time its if you have a lot of ringtone or music but you can also get a memory card after you selete some files turn the phone off and take the battery out and replace it repeat the steps to see how much free files you have then

Everythings gone

Most users will think you got a phone virus but actually they aren't that harmfull. You need to check the card however. Try to connect it to a card reader at your computer or in another phone to see if your files are still there. If the files are intact, or if the card works properly (try to copy something to it, then copy same file back to the device) maybe the problem is with your phone. Try to reset the phone to factory defaults. Before that please save all important documents or contacts because this will erase them and put the phone in the same status as it was when you bought it. After you have reseted the phone try again to connect the memory card and see what happens. This way you will know for shure if the problem is related with the card or the phone. If something still doesn't feel right please feel free to post back. Also, please remember to rate solutions received throught this site ;) Good luck.
