Hi...
Does it pop fuses run in stereo mode?
Can you get ahold of a DC voltmeter?
If there is more than 0.200 volts on the speaker terminals, you'll need to have it serviced

I have a gem sound 1000 watt amp with no sound fuses blown and keeps burning fuses

Fuses blow when there's an overload. This is generally caused by a semiconductor acting as if was a piece of wire. You should look to the devices located on the big heat sink. If they are transistors a multimeter will show it quick. For on the ohms scale test leads across the terminals of each faulty transistor will be just like you had touched the two leads together!

Can cpx 900 be bridge @4 ohm?

The short answer is no. This amp was designed to be bridged with an 8Ohm load not 4. That being said, the unit will work, but get very hot and possibly get damaged should you provide it too low an impedence load. DO NOT conenct this ti a 4Ohm load in bridge mode.

PyLE PT2000 Power Amplifier' { is it worth it??}

People talk alot of **** about Pyle amps, all I can say is that,
I have two PT-2000 & PT-1800 power amps that I have set in bridge mode, one for each speaker and they are powering two Altec-Lansing 18" inch subs, one amp per speaker, no hiss, line noise or anything and the system kicks. I tried the Pyles on a whim because I got tired the trouble I was having with the QSC and Crown power amps, could not go a year without having something go wrong always sending back to dealer for some kind of fix! So now I have 2, QSCs, 2 Crowns & 4 Pyles driving my system

Peavey 8.5c amplifier. One channel dead. In

FIrst of all, in bridge mode there is only one channel. The "bridge" means that you combine the two channels together to get a single more powerful amp. The swollen part is probably nothing. Sometimes the plastic caps cup like that. Unless there is a specific problem with the amp, don't worry about it. Try placing the amp into stereo mode and testing each channel. If both work, there is no problem with the amp. If for some reason you need repalcement capactors, contact Peavey directly. They supply replacement parts.

Gem Sound clipping problem

First of all the EXA-3940 is rated at 350watts per channel in to 8 ohms. The 1400 watts is bridged into a 4 ohm load. Second, the speakers can handle 1000Wats peak with an average of 600 continuous (i'm guessing). That tells me that the amp is underpowered for the speakers. The sensitivity of the amp is such that the mixer is overdriving the input stage. That is what is causing the clipping. If you are looking for more volume, you are probably better off purchasing another amp and running them in bridge mode, 1 per speaker cab. Be careful though, not to overdrive the speaker cabinets either.

Gem sound amplifier #exa 1005

please disconnect your speaker from amp first-if fault goen connect your speaker one by one until you find the bad one-check the cable first and change it with new one and then change the speaker-if the fault still you will have a problem in your amp itself.

Gemsound EXA-3955 Right Channel Problem

you sure you didnt flip the bridge switch on the back? its the tiny little black switch under the bridge output plug, if you have it set to "bridged mode" any input sent into the right channel produces only a hum, only left channel input works.

Behringer ep2500 amplifier

Yes you can,,,,,BUT the output labelling on the AMP will tell you where you can connect the 4ohms or the 8ohms....please read these labels and connect the 4ohm speakers to the 4ohm terminals, and the 8ohms to the 8ohms terminals...

If you intend to connect the 4ohm and the 8ohm speakers in parallel then the output impedance terminals you use should be the 4ohm ones.

If there is no labelling showing any 4ohm output terminals then its best if you dont use the 4ohm speakers at all....just connect the 8ohm to the 8ohm terminals...you dont mention any crossover networks inside the speaker boxes or if you have tweeter speakers... so just stick to the basics above at present....
