Re: Replace printer head with brand new one sent to me by...
Make sure that there's nothing blocking the path of the printhead. Check inside the printer for any foreign objects.
If there's none, please contact our technical support team to have the printer replaced.
Also, try to unplug the power of the printer for about 30 seconds then plug it back in.
