FixYa is not a WEB site for contacting people, it is for people with problems with their equipment etc.
I suggest you check out WEB sites for contacting people.

How do i scan to comcast email

I am assuming you want to scan form your AiO to email if not please be more specific in your question.
That being said if your are a Comcast customer and the AiO is on the network you need to configure the device to get to the Comcast SMTP server at "smtp.comcast.net" port 587. SSL checked.
if that doesn't get through you might need to provide login credentials. this would be your email address and password.

this link will give you Comcast email server and configuration info

Using Email Client Programs with Comcast Email

you will also need to have something in the subject line of the email or it will be rejected

Did you change your internet provider from at&t to comcast? If so, try using your comcast email address as the user id and rest your password.

I have comcast remote and granddaughter turned tv on side panel. Now screen is fuzzy and I can't find remote that came with tv. I get picture back?

Hello Mary and thank you for choosing FixYa today for your online technical support needs.

When you say the TV is FUZZY, do you mean that there is no picture there at all?

It is possible that your grandaughter may have changed the VIDEO INPUT MODE SELECTOR on the TV by accident when she tried to turn it on with the controls on the TV itself.

Most TVs have a button right on the front of the set itself labelled INPUT which allows you to switch between the various input modes. That button should be located right beside the POWER, CHANNEL, and VOLUME buttons on the TV's front panel.

You may simply need to press the INPUT button and select the proper INPUT SOURCE for your Comcast cable box.

The proper INPUT MODE for your particular setup will depend on how your Comcast cable box is connected to your TV. If your cable box is plugged into your TV with an HDMI cable, then make sure your TV INPUT MODE is set to HDMI.

I hope this helps out, and please feel free to comment back to this page with any additional questions or concerns and I will respond back.

If you do need additional help, please be sure to include the exact model number of your TV and of your Comcast cable box as well as how the two are connected.

Good luck and take care.

Joe.

Can't open my e-mail at comcast.net

Try this: sign on to the home page at http://www.comcast.net

Then in the browser address bar enter mailcenter.comcast.net then click on Go or hit Enter. If the web mail page opens this almost certainly indicates a pop up blocker was preventing the web mail page from opening when you clicked on the email button.

You should be able to configure the pop up blocker to allow all comcast.net web pages.

SSL is the secure socket layer. SSL provides encrypted flow of traffic for your email. If your provider does not have SSL, you will need to connect without this additional level of security.
