Question about Cell Phones
It started when I tried to charge my phone and my charger would not work. I got another charger and it would only work when I turned it off. So, I let it completely charge and then turned it back on. When I turned it back on, It wouldn't connect to the service. I accidentally hit "Airplane Mode" when I went to shut it back off and now it's stuck on airplane mode along with not being able to connect. HELP!!!!!!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Remove the battery and SIM card. Put battery back in and start up. If should say "insert SIM". Then remove the battery and replace SIM. The you will be prompted to "Allow Transmissions". Click Yes and then you're all set. I hope this helps. It worked for me.

If you're out of your home cellular network (T-Mobile) and you're in another country, maybe you don't have the roaming service active in your number profile, then you can have an error message, but if you have roaming activated, sometimes it's necessary to manually register into one of the available networks where you are.
