If it is Bluetooth mouse then first connect it using Bluetooth software if it is 2.4Gz then insert receiver to USB and install driver and reboot system

Look for a switch that turns on the wireless device. Also check in the connection manager if the device is active and the wireless adapter is within range.

start menu -> control panel -> power options -> under power schemes click the drop down arrow and "Presentation" mode is near the middle
click "OK" and your set to go

Press on F2 when turning back the laptop by going to the BIOS setup screen and from there have to enable your WIRELESS CONNECTION. And then have to manually TURN ON your WIRELESS device by enabling or turning ON the Wireless button of the laptop. Thank you.
