  1. Remove the paper tray.
  2. Disconnect the power cord, wait 5 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
NOTE: The printer will reset and eject the paper. If the paper does not eject, try to remove it manually.
  3. Replace the paper tray.
  4. Press the Print button on the printer to resume printing.

SOURCE: Paper jam in a Kodak ESP- Printer

i had the printer jam issue when there wasnt a real printer jam.

if you push the print cartidges off to the right, then reach in and push down on the cleaning head that is located on the left on the inside, it pops back down into place and voila, printer jam error message fixed.

Kodak 3250 says paper jam but there is no paper stuck. Has been cleaned out but still says the same

Hi there,

If you cleaned the printer successfully from the pieces of paper that may have stucked, then the problem should be in the internal processor's software of the printer. For some reason the paper sensor near the head of the ink "thinks" that there is still a paper jam.

I consider obvious that you have already tried restarting by taking the power supply plug out of the voltage socket and after some seconds (10-15 secs) plug again into the socket and power on the printer. If you haven't yu should try this first.

Another way to deal with this problem is to connect the printer to a computer and then through the software execute some maintenance options such as printer calibration, align printer's head or clean printer's head.

If you have already tried those please tell me.
Hope this helps, greetings from Greece!

Contact Kodak. I think it's the batch of printers that were made around this time. I just contacted them (mine is the same age and I'm getting the same error), and they are sending me a new printer.

We have a sp 3250 all in one printer. We had a paper jam. We removed the paper jam and now the printer is telling us that there is still a paper jam. Please tell me what to do next. Thank you.

It is just sensing as if you haven't yet removed the jam. So, while switched on, keep pressing the load or toner or cancel buttons on top. Also make sure you cleared the printing queue that was instructed when the paper jammed.
