You post a problem with Acer laptop then ask reboot Acer desktop ? Im confused reboot ? factory defaults ?

You may need to restore your Acer computer to its factory defaults if a virus damages operating files or if the system begins acting erratically for unknown reasons.

Restoring an Acer to factory defaults returns the computer to its original state when first purchased.

Click on the Start menu.

Then, select all programs, Acer Empowering Technology and Acer eRecovery Management.

If this is the first time you have opened the program it will prompt you to set up a password and create a backup CD.

Click the Restore button and select the option that reads "Restore system to factory defaults".

Wait for the computer to finish the restore process and reboot.

Restoring for the Boot Screen

If your computer will not boot up properly, you can attempt to reach the restore option by pressing the Alt button and the F10 button at the same time.

When the eRecovery menu appears, choose "restore system to factory defaults".

Wait for the recovery process to complete and the computer to restart.

or

Open the Windows Start menu by clicking on the icon in the lower left corner of your desktop.

Click "All Programs," then the "Acer" folder.

Select "Acer eRecovery Management" to open the utility.

If a Windows prompt asks for permission to run the program, click "Yes."

Click the "Restore" button in the pane on the left side of the program window.

Click "Completely Restore System to Factory Defaults."

Select the "Yes" option in the dialog box that asks you to confirm the action, and click "Start."

Click "OK" in the second confirmation dialog box to restart the computer.

Click "Next" in the warning window that appears after the computer reboots.

This confirms that you realize restoring the computer deletes any data stored on your hard drive.

Click "Next" again in the Restore Destination window, and click "OK" in the popup that gives you one last warning about deleting your data.

The restoration process will begin.

Click "OK" when the utility lets you know that the restoration is complete.

The computer will restart, and Windows will finish the recovery process.

Hope this helps

What OS are you using? Is the computer responding to the mouse/keyboard?

For Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7, if your mouse is responding, click Start, then click on the drop-down menu (the arrow next to the button) on the bottom of the right-hand column. Choose Restart or Shut Down. If you choose Shut Down, wait a few seconds after the fans turn off before pressing the power button to turn the machine back on. From the keyboard, press the Windows key and then the right arrow, down arrow (until you highlight the button) and then right arrow. Then use the up/down arrow keys to select Restart.

If you have the new Windows 8, you need to launch the Charms menu by hovering the mouse at the top right edge of the screen. (For a Touch pad, swipe in from the right side of the pad.) Alternatively, press the Windows key and C at the same time. Then click Settings in the column on the right. Find the Power icon on the bottom of the list and click on it. Choose Restart.

It is possible to build a shortcut tile for restarting Win8. You need a new shortcut with the command "shutdown.exe -r -t 00" without the quotes. Enter the Desktop (if you aren't in that part of the Win8 experience). Right click on the screen where there are no programs or icons. Choose New Shortcut. Put the above line in the box for the location of the item. Click Next and give the shortcut a name. Click Finish. Right click on the icon that gets installed and choose Properties and then Change Icon (if you want a different icon). Click OK to get a list of possible icons. Click Apply to set the icon picture.

Then Pin the shortcut to the Start Menu with another right click.

I hope this helps.

How to reboot my acer v3 series?

Reboot or Recover? If you have a Factory Recovery Partition, use this procedure, a Recovery will return your Laptop to the day it came out of the box, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA, and you must install ALL Windows, Acer updates and software you installed, a Restore will return to a date selected, if your Laptop has Restore enabled in software. Try hitting ALT+F10 at startup. I believe that is Acer's recovery key sequence. Let me know if you have continued problems.

How can i reboot my pc whith out login into my pc

My understanding is you wanted to reinstall the operating but you don't have the CD installer for it and the installer is stored on the hard drive on your desktop.
Please try the following. I am not quite sure of your brand/model of acer supports this method. This method is being used on most Acer Netbooks.
To access the installer and restore the operating system Tap the the Alt and F10 keys together during Power-On . . .

Hope this helps

Black screen after turn on

That "Blue Screen" is also known as "Blue screen of Death".

The problem is due driver compatibilty or unstablity.

Try to boot your system to "Safe Boot" by pressing F8 during startup.
Select "Last know good Configuration that works"
Check if it can take you to desktop.
Unstalled the wi-fi driver and reboot.

If the above procedure fails, again
Try to boot your system to "Safe Boot" by pressing F8 during startup.
Select "Safe boot"
Check if it can take you to desktop.
Unstalled the wi-fi driver and reboot.

Now create a restore point  and download the lastest version of your WI-Fi driver and installed.

This should work fine.

Otherwise Backup all your important data from your hard drive (mainly opearting system file installed drive usually C:\) and go for a new Installation.
