There are format settings in your menu. highlight the highest format( 1080) or take it off auto format. this way it always in one format and will not switch even if the programming is in a lower format.

I just installed my cable box ( motorola ) onto my tv ( got a new one ) and now my colours on channels are all green ... dvd and my wii both work fine so its not the tv colours and the sound keeps jumping...


Sounds like it is connected up wrong? are you sure the correct colored cables are used and in right Jacks etc? OR maybe the PAL, NTSC format needs changing?

Forward fasts on its own


you may want to try fast forwarding at 2x (that is, press the FF key twice), although the speed will be faster, it may actually stop for you, when you press play, rather than going to the end.

yes it can. on the guide when u check the show you wanna watch. it the info button and should give the option to auto-tune

DHG-HDD250 problems when recording


When I'm watching a recording program and recording a program I can't fast forward, pause, stop nothing works until the program that is recording stops.
I reset the machine, but it did not help.

first i assume you are trying to watch the unit through AV. If this is the case, turn on unit, press "Display Format" on the front of the unit, keep press it till you have "YPBPR" displaying, press select on front panel, next press "Display Format" again till you come to 576i, press select. Now press menu and it should display. If this problem occurs with HDMI, simply change the display settings to HDMI, and 1080i. Hope it helps, Murder-face.

Most likely your hard drive. You can replace it and not junk the unit.
