Question about GE Profile WPRE6100G Top Load Washer
On ge profile top loader wpre6100gwt. Went to use rinse and spin, cycle never completed. Was a very small load removed articles by hand and left it like that did not give second thought. several days later water had never drained so started a regular heavy duty large load. Machine filled with water. hour later came to put clothes in dryer but cycle again had not completed. Timer was off and wash cycle had not complete so it never drained, spun, or rinsed. Fabric softner was still in cup.
Water pump blocked with nylon stuffing from old pillow.removed front panel from hinges under the lid. water pump at the right hand corner removed hose then removed 2 cups of nylon threads and stuffing forced into pumps small openings where it was compacted to a solid mass.
