Try to update the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/PqTjBl to download the firmware update.
Also, perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on the Ink Levels > More Options > Deep Clean Printhead.
If it doesn't help, replace the black cartridge and make sure you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges.
