It possibly you have shorted power supply board or inverter board that cause of clicking sounds..
try to unplug the inverter board then try again if the indicator lit in blue you have shorted inverter board that need to be replace.

Definitely a power supply problem.I had the same problem and changed the power supply, and TV works normally. Depending where you buy the unit, it shouls cost around $150/--, and it is very easy to replace.
