This is the manual for their "Crazy Scoops" which I think might be a new name for the "Scoop Factory". Included on page 24 are several sorbet recipes.

Missing owners manual for Breville Cyclonic Super

Hello Mr Pimm.

Thanks For picking me to help you.

I have spent so far over an hour trying to talk to Australia, as your Food Processor is from there. In the United States, there manual is close, but not exact. They changed the same machine for US specks. In other words they make it in US and Australia, but different specks. I did not have much luck on the phone with the Breville out of Australia. BUT i did call and get a hold of the Breville United States company. He said he would email me the pdf for download of the United states model. He also said the main deference is the power source, otherwise the basic instructions are the same. He also gave me this link for e-bay which is very close and a lot cheaper. I can not find anyone that seems to have it and the ones that say they do want a ton of money. But here is what the Guy at Breville said for my customer (you) to do that is a good book and cheap to buy is here at this link I am giving you on e-bay.

I am also going to give you there direct ph number of the guy I talked to, if for some reason you want to pressure them to send you a link for the pdf for the manual that closes matches your machine. There Number is 866-273-8455

I think there closed now, but IF and When I get his PDF that he supposedly will send me, I will forward it to you. If not, Like he said that one On ebay seems good he told me. It is a recipe and instruction book that is pretty complete and it is low price. With all the places closed and negative response from the Breville in Australia that seems all I can help at my end. I believe the one on e-bay will help you out tons.

NOW Mr Primm. I of course did my best, but with me living in Oregon, and Australia being about a day ahead of us, and no good contact or answers, only person that really helped me was the guy at Breville here in the united states. He is suppose to email me with the pdf of a manual he feels might work for your machine. Of course he was closing in 2 minutes. I have not got that e-mail as of yet. But he liked that one on e-bay i just sent you link for and feels that is probably better or as good as the one, when he gets a chance that he will send me.

I do thank you, and wish there was more I can do, and if for some reason this guy comes through as said earlier and sends me e-mail with the pdf of manual that is close, I of course will forward it to you, but i wouldn't hold your breath, I think he just said that to get me off the phone, so he can go home. I do hope the e-bay one does work for you. Thanks So Much, Mike

Frige is cold, freezer is cold & freezing . . . Ice maker not making ICE.

Hi: As we don't (as in I) know the actual temp. in the freezer, this is a simple and free try. Cold is cold. The temp in the freezer has to be 0 degrees to make ice. They are thermally protected. A good guess for temp. is your ice cream. Is it rock hard? A lot of refrigerator thermometers are inaccurate. Just try setting your freezer colder. Ignore human nature and don't check the freezer every 30 Min's. You will never get to 0 degrees. I hope this helps, Jeff

Ice Maker

when it harvests ice, the bail wire rises and trips a microswitch which in turn actuates the harvest scoop. this scoop operates off a small motor. after it rotates, it shuts off and actuates the water fill timer. the timer connects to the fill solenoid. the solenoid may be burned out, the solenoid may be clogged, the timer may be shot.
