Just replaced a new cable or a new charger so you sure where is the defected even if battery defected it will charge but the battery it will not last long.If you replaced already new cable but problem still exist then the problem is the cellphone hub is crack or cold solder, you need to rebuild or resoldered it so it will works normally.
Got to cellphone to perform the soldering.
I had this problem too. Unfortuneately it happens often with that phone as i have been told. Mine got fixed about 10 months ago because it was under warranty and now it has happened again out of warranty and i have to pay for it to get fixed. Why should i when its going to keep happening every few months? It has nothing to do with the battery or the charger. The only way that it can be fixed is to take it to the manufacturer.
