I removed the top and left side panel. Freed the float which was prevented form returning to the low position by the remains of a mouse that had unfortunately got trapped. The float is located forward lower left side. Trust that this is of assistance. Ian C
first restart your laptop
then when you switch on the laptop the continuously move your finger on touchpad
check the mouse setting and change to mouse coursor moving high
go into your control panel and look in the mouse or keyboard Icon, Open it and look at your pointer properties. Set all to Default and see if that gets the mouse back and working right, If that still don't work try an external mouse for a desktop and see if it still acts erratic, If the other mouse don't work right there may be a problem with the hardware that operates the mouse actions. hi there sounds like your dw is in flood protection remove the poliestirene float compleatly and make sure the lever that sits on top of it is in the down position, hope this is of some help.
