SOURCE: troy bilt tb320bv 31cc gas blower starts and runs

inside the fuel tank you will see a flexible fuel line with a filter attached to the end ... that filter acts as a weight to position the fuel line in the lowest part of the tank no matter what postion the blower is in ... make sure the fuel line isnt broken .. also make sure the filter is still attached .. you can replace the fuel line and filter but both have to be able to handle achohol (in the gas) .. most of the older fuel lines cant and they go bad in a short time .. its actually hard to find the correct fuel line ... the size is not usually a problem but the material its made of has to say its suitable for modern gas .. most i found at local shops are the old type and wont work ..

SOURCE: Replacing the pull cord on

This is from the tech center at Troy-Bilt.......Take the spark plug out and stuff the plug hole with a piece of rope. I used 3/8 nylon, and stuffed it in until I couldn't get any more in....WA-LA!!!!! A few turns with my ratchet wrnch, and I was on my way to success! A breaker bar would be better if you have one.It will save the gearing

Go to parts and put your model # in and search you will see a Blow up of your blower. Looks like you just pull the 2 muffler screws out and muffler comes off or apart so you can check the screen,

The bolts holding the fan to the housing came off and it won't start. Is it worth trying to repair or just trash it and buy a better built blower

Troy built is a very good machine but you might have answered your own question especially if the machine is very old.

Troy bilt tb320bv wont start. only two months old.he cord won't pull out completely like it used to and it won't let me start the thing any longer. It is like something is jammed in the system.

It seems to be a usual problem with troy bilt trimmers and leaf blowers. There should be a half moon piece of keystock that holds the flywheel on,sometimes its known to sheer off. Could also be one of the keepers that hold back the plastic disk for the cord comes loose,it gets in a bind. Either way,you have to open up the case and see whats going on.

My tro bilt model tb320bv gas leaf blower will not run at full th

The carburetor may need to be taken apart and cleaned or rebuilt. If you haven't taken one apart before your best bet is to see if you can get an after market carb for it, that would probably be the cheapest way out.
