Find a five year old child with a tape measure
and ask the child to measure the inside of the fridge
then width x lenght x hight = result

it depends on the kind of noise that it is making, creaks and groans are normal, a sizzling sounds like water hitting a hot surface is normal. Can you be more specific about the noises?

Check the back wall of the freezer for frost . If there is then it is either the defrost heater, timer or thermostat. If there is no frost check to see if the fan in the freezer is running.
