Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player

1 Answer

I have a sansa disk fuze 2gb. When I hooked it up to my computer it turned on but then never did anything. The screen just stays on and it's blank. I had it hooked up to a stero thing that plays mp3 players. I don't know how to restart it or reset it.

Unhook all cable(especially USB to computer) and let the battery drain. When the screen finally goes black then you can reconnect the USB cable and start doing your thing This happened to me when I was deleting pics and this was the only way to get it working again

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Sansa Fuze 4gb wont turn on and isnt being recognized by my computer, iv also tried to soft reset it many times , nothing seems to work.. help plz..

I've had the same problem with my Sansa Fuze 2GB. It's pretty frustrating, but in order to get it to work, I let it sit without touching it or doing anything with it for a few days. For 2-5 days, do not turn on your Sansa Fuze. After the amount of time has passed, try the soft reset again.

2gb Sansa Fuze won't recognize 2gb Micro SD

place the blank card into the SanDisk player
go to SETTINGS press "enter"
go to SYSTEM SETTINGS press "enter
go to FORMAT press "enter"
it will ask "are you sure you want to format this device"?
select YES

dowload songs to REMOVABLE DISK drive F, at least that is what my PC assigned it to. You will overload your MP3 PLAYER if you continue to download to the Sanza Drive.

Hope this helps.

Sansa fuze 2gb wont turn on or charge

Mine did the exact same thing, (Even the going to bed thing) I'm glad you posted your question. Incidentally enough after trying to turn-off and on for ten minutes, I pressed all the buttons a whole bunch to show it my frustration.....then it worked. (?) I don't know why, but I think that the computer going into hibernation or shutting off affected it.

Sansa Fuze Isn't Starting Up Right

Hi this is Fixer Guy,

From the information that you provided it seems that you have a bad driver. Search for the driver online or use your installation disk (if it came with one). Either that or some how you have the player in the wrong USB mode. This can be changes under the settings or system mode. If you try this and it still doesn't work then let me know.

Good Luck,

Fixer Guy

Sansa fuze 2gb is screen is white

If you just bought it, By all means return it!  Otherwise call sansa tech support.  The're rather good for tech suppport people.  If you bought an extended warranty, the place you bought it from should replace/repair it and you troubles will be over!
