Use Windows Media Player for music, pictures and the Arcsoft/Philips Media Converter for videos. Make sure you install the installation CD first. If you lost the CD or the user manual, they are available at www.usasupport.philips.com

First, download program called Bitpim (it's free) Then install usb drivers for your phone. You will then be able to use the program to put ringtones, pics, video, games and anything else on your phone and the program also can read data that is already on your phone.
download Emodio from emodio.com
this is the solution !!!!!!
after the installation , the software should recognize ur device , and allow u to transfer videos
if not , try to reinstall emodio ,
after the 2nd installation , it will work completely
the software allows you to transfer videos to the mp3 ,
or at least convert them easily to .svi format , and then u can easily copy and paste them in your mp3
I've never used the RCA EASYRIP to download my pics to the device. I simply put the pics in the Opal file and they show up in the device when I turn it on. It may or may not work for you, but that's how I do mine. Hopefully this helps. -ArtFreak
