To review the current set day and time, press the Stop button, the current set day and time will be read back. To change the day and time, press and hold the Stop button. The day will be read back. To change the day, press the <Skip or Skip> button. Press the Stop button to set the day, which will be read back. Next the hour will be read back. To change the hour press the <Skip or Skip> buttons. Press the Stop button to set the selected hour. Next the minutes will read back. To change the minutes press the <Skip or Skip> buttons. The answering machine is most likely referring to the other mail boxes. if a caller presses 1 or 2 they record in the other mail boxes.On the machine you will see an envelope with a 1 or a 2 next to the envelope. Press and hold one of these mail boxes and when the messages are played press del to delete each message as it plays. Do this for each mail box. Have this answering machine and have experienced this problem.
To change the answer message, hold ans on/off then HOLD the skip back button, don't let go until you finish the message, to change the amount of calls untill it plays the answer machine hold skip forward button till it says how many the press the forward button till you are happy, to change date and time, hold stop, it will say the day to change press skip forward, then press stop again, it will say the hour, press skip forward, then stop the minute, then skip forward, then stop again to confirm, i belive it is in 24hour time as well, when changing the time, but not on playback.
On the copier press #, *, Clear, * quickly. The machine will say Enter Simulation. Press 16, Start, Start. The machine will reboot and should be fine. If it reoccurs you'll need a new PCU pwb
