First, try deleting the K100 out of your phone and, if you can, remove the battery from your phone. Once the phone reboots, try pairing the K100 back up to the phone and see if that resolves the issue.

Press and hold the main button for three seconds to turn off the headset. Turning off the headset will not cause you to lose pairing with your cellphone. You can find more information here.

Check to see if the bluetooth has turned off in your settings - also check the "pairing" with the device you are trying to send or receive from and that it is active. Sometimes bluetooth will turn itself off or a device will automatically pair with a different nearby device and lose the original connection.

First when ya call connects, hit the Menu key (three lines inthe center) choose USE HANDSET.
Second Make sure the Bluetooth is fully charged, andit seems to lose charge fast.
