ITB = Intermediate Transfer Belt Where the total print image is transferred to the belt then to the paper before being fused. ETB = Electrostatic Transfer Belt where the print image is transferred directly to the paper and the toner never touches the belt.

SOURCE: How to replace the transfer belt Electrostatic Transfer Belt

That depends what kind of printer you're dealing with. In general, you should just open a front cover. Then release the ETB from the rest of the machine. Look for two blue handles to release the ETB. Replace the ETB and make sure the printer detects the new ETB. If the printer don't detects the new ETB, try to restart the printer or reset the ETB-counter in -Configue device--->resets----->reset supplies----->NEW ETB.

59.FO Error

The primary transfer-alienation motor has
experienced an error.

1. Check to ensure the ITB(intermediate
transfer belt) is installed
correctly.
2. Run a sensor test to verify that the
primary transfer disengagement roller is
functioning. If not replace the sensor
(SR17).
3. Run the primary transfer drive test in
actuator drive mode. If not functioning
replace the ITB.

To replace the ITB

1. Open the right-door assembly.
2. Use the blue lever (callout 1) to lower the secondary transfer assembly.
3. Grasp the small handles on the ITB and then pull the ITB out of the product until two large handles expand along the right- and left-side of the ITB.
4. Grasp the large handles on the ITB and then pull the ITB straight out of the product to remove it.

How can I solve the proble of 59 FO error code appear in the HP laserjet 3800 printer

The error says that "The transfer rollers in the ETB are not
engaged."

If replacing the ETB(electronic transfer belt) doesn't fix the problem, your printer is going to need a technician. Problem could be poor seating of the cables on the ETB motor or the 'transfer-roller separation solenoid or the DC Controller.
It could be a bad ETB motor or solenoid or DC Controller or high voltage power supply.
This isn't something that is going to be fixed by email.

I hope you have a service contract for your printer.

HP 5550 dtn service code 59.9. What is the problem?

59.9 is a ETB motor error.
You are going to have to replace the motor or the DC controller which drives the motor.
If you are not a tech, now is the time to call one.

After 5 or 6 copies taken an error E000070-0202 and E000070-0101 will occured. what is the problem

E070 there is an error in the detection of ITB home position

00xx The home position of the intermediate transfer belt is not detected within
a specific period of time .
The ITB HP sensor is faulty.
Turn off the main power, and check the DC controller PCB and the
ITB HP sensor; then, turn on the main power.

01xx The period of time between when the home position of the intermediate
transfer belt is detected and the next home position is detected is longer
than specified .
The presence of a tear may have caused the sensor to wrongly identify it
as indicating the home position.
Turn off the main power, and check the drive of the intermediate
transfer belt; then, turn on the main power.

02xx The period of time between when the home position of the intermediate
transfer belt is detected and when the next home position is detected is
shorter than specified .
The intermediate transfer belt slips on the drive roller, causing a delay in
the timing at which the home position is detected.
Turn off the main power, and check the surface of the intermediate
transfer belt for a tear; then, turn on the main power.

03xx The detection of the home position of the intermediate transfer belt has
failed once.
ITB home position sensor B and ITB home position sensor A must occur
alternately; however, the same state has been detected continuously.
Turn off the main power, and check the DC controller PCB and the
ITB HP sensor; then turn on the main power.

Streaking occurs from top to bottom of page. Changed the black cartridge (streaking is black). Any ideals for this HP CP3525dn:

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the ETB (Electrostatic Transfer Belt) unit that needed replacing.

Check out this link:
http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=3690646&prodTypeId=18972&objectID=c02661860#A5

Go to the "Print/Interpret the Print Quality Troubleshooting Pages" section and run the tests. Click the "Click Here" link in "Step two: Interpret the Print Quality Troubleshooting pages" to see if it's the ETB.

Be warned though, the ETB unit is over US$500 (If you think that's bad it's $786 here in Australia even with dollar parity) however HP support will replace it free of charge if the printer is still under warranty, just give them a call (number on HP site).

Good luck

Stuart

Horizontal lines down left margin

Sounds like it's a transfer belt and not a drum you are refering too. Each toner cartridge mose likely has a drum built into it. If the lines are only in one color it may be that toner that is bad. But most likely it's the transfer belt, often called an ITU (Image Transfer Unit) or ETB (Electrostatic Transfer Belt). They sometimes get contaminated with dust, oils from fingers, etc... and can't be cleaned, would need to be replaced.
