1. Turn the WLAN switch on the PSP to "on" (it's a silver slider switch on the lower left *edge* of the device) 2. Access to a wireless Internet network that doesn't have a password. Then you should be able to 'scan' for networks, pick out the one you want to use, and go online. [Note: While the PSP supports various wifi password schemes, notably WEP, I haven't had any luck with password-protected sites myself and haven't heard from others that it worked either]
