I have a Bosch Maxx WFL 1662 washing machine. It does not stop washing and go over to the rinses sickle.Where do i start looking for the problem?

Hi Eric, There's two links below... 1st link is Bosch Washing Machine Error Fault Codes and the 2nd link is worth reading, The master reset is only part of the trouble shooting, I hope these help.
To perform the Master Reset, carefully unplug the washing machine from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for one minute. After one minute is up, plug the washer cord back into the wall. Next, open and close the door of the washing machine 6 times within 12 seconds to send a "reset" signal to all the components. (This is a common fix that many appliance repair mechanics use - it works on about 50% of all washing machines.) Once the reset has been completed set the washer to do a small load with no clothes in the washer. See if the washer goes through with the cycle as normal. If the washer performs correctly, then it has been reset and is fixed. If not refer to more troubleshooting techniques and causes of problems below.

Hoover washer dryer wd 9616c error code e13 and burning smell from the rear????

The automatically suggestted E13 guidance that the system posts referring to Bosch machines is irrelevant I'm afraid. On a Hoover, the message means "Faulty module connections. Check all connections between modules and associated wiring." The chances are that you have a partially dislodged connector on the main board, or on the connector that goes to the motor

Connect up an ohm meter to the connectors then blow into the tube attached to the switch. The switch should click and the ohm metre should show readings from full deflection to zero. If no movement replace the switch. If switch does not click check tubing for blockages or splits and cracks. Still no click replace it

Draining and filling at the same time

Have you checked that the drain hose is not too low?

The hose should be at least 1/2 the height of the appliance to prevent siphoning out. If the waste hose is the right height this will probably be overflow on the pressure switch. These are located inside at the top of the appliance and have a rubber hose coming off them. if a mechanical one (amp tag connectors) they can be blown into to reset, if they are the newer type they can not be blown into to reset.

If working on the appliance please ensure it is unplugged

My Bosch Logixx 8 sensitive won't work and shows the code: F:43

Bosch Logix with error code F43 has "a motor fault".

You can reset the error code by the follow steps:
1. Turn the appliance knob to the off or reset position, 12 o'clock.
2. Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position.
3. Press and hold the spin button and while holding the spin button turn the knob to the 7 o'clock position. Continue holding the spin button for about 5 seconds then release the spin button and now turn the knob to off
When your turn it back on it should have cleared the error code

Check motor connector block
Check wiring
Check motor carbon brushes
Check tacho connections
Check motor

BOSCH AXXIs - My wash cycle never progresses to rinse and drain.. just stays on wash forever!

It seems that the main controller could be the culprit but this requires you to counter check and confirm the fault before you can proceed to replace. It will be best to check all the connections and reset the pins and connectors. If the cycle goes through well in many modes it is adviceable to use as much by alternating the cycles than to replace the controller if you can manage..

Just bought new motor using the motor part number from Bosch. The new motor has a different connector. How am I suppose to connect new motor?

Welcome to FixYa.

Can you possibly provide the model number of your washer as well as the part number of the replacement part.

That way we can speak clear and direct pertaining to your actual machine and part as opposed to generalizing about Bosch this or that.

I will watch for your reply.

Sms68mo2au how to connect electric cord, no seperate cord

The electric connection for most dish washers is a small metal cube in the lower right of the bottom of the machine , near the front. Remove the kick plate to get access under the machine. A screw holds the cover on the power connection cube.. There is a wire there for the power connection. Connect color for color. You should use a connector on your supply cord to protect the connection when the washer is slid in or out.
