It should be located it a small trap door around the drum either on the side , inside , or on the bottom. to replace it you must remove the screws the hold it in place slide it out remove the wiring and then slide the new one in screw it back in and plug the wires back on it. please make sure during this process the dryer is unpluged from the wall plug. hope it works out for you .

Blowing cold air

This model dryer has two heating elements, one for the top and one for the bottom, I suspect that the bottom element is burned out. If you want to attempt it yourself then I can send you a service manual that will walk you step by step through the whole dryer.

Heat Element is working and drum spins, but no air is blowing?

First make sure that the dryer is vented properly, then check the blower wheel. A common problem is for the center of the blower wheel to get rounded out through wear and tear, allowing the blower wheel to spin on the shaft, thus not spinning at the same speed as the motor. I will attach a photo for reference. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
