SOURCE: Garage Door Openenr Motor Buzz
Look at your manuel find the page that shows the limit access switch. (Unplug your opener.) It isn't really a switch, but the three white plastic screw like parts. The center has a brown wire connected to it, which has a metal piece that is as wide as all three white screws. The outside screws are your limit access stop guides, one for the up control stop guide and the other for the down control stop guide. If the center screw with the metal part gets caught behind on of the stop guides the motor will not engage. Gently move metal piece from behind the stop guide.

do you have the sensors at the bottom of the door? if so they might be out of alignment. all you have to do line them up by getting the green light solid. let me know if this helps you.

The unit is in the lock mode, push and hold the lock button in for about two seconds and the green LED should stop flashing. Your remotes should work.

Most likely your door sensors have been bumped and are not aligned properly. Make sure they are pointed at one another and the small light on each one is lit and not blinking.

depending on model, both are green or one green/one orange. that is not your problem, however you really do not give me much to work with. "It does not work". Does chain move? Does motor run? What is you hold wall pushbutton? Give more info.
