just remove bolts, open bit enough to fill with silicone, close back wait to dry, ready to go for couple more years.

Yes it is the O-Ring part number 134146100 that is failing. I just had this happen on my washer. It involves a significant tear down of the machine. I have the service manual that I found on the internet showing how to tear it down. I am pretty sure I found it here on this site in fact.

it sounds as if the main tub ring is bad you need to pull your agitator out and check the two blots that hold the tub to the shaft and make sure they have not become loose or broken causing the inner tub to drop on the shaft and tear the tub seal.

Tips for a great answer:
I appreciate your post, Joe Ivey!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer is leaking water inside the tub when clothes are drying. It sounds like your water valve may be leaking. You may want to have a professional technician out to your home to properly diagnosis your dryer this will help to avoid any unnecessary part purchases or future issues. Hopefully this was helpful. -Matt
