Question about Electrolux Washing Machines
The heater on the upper side does not produce heat. There is the same voltage (220 V) on all four connections of the heater. Possibly electronic?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

take off the lid on top you will find two round obects these are the thermostats one will have a green dot this part is the problem and is very common bye a thermostat kit from your local parts supplier this will be very easy ( some thermostats have a tiny reset switch in the centre if so press it and test your drying cycle )

Hi, Take the top cover off and click the little red button on the thermostat/overload (small black box). Then try again. Sometimes these trip out as a safety precaution.
