Question about Computers & Internet
Try a "Cold-Start", Remove AC plug, Remove Battery, Hold down on/off button for 10 seconds, Replace battery, Plug inti AC outlet,Push on/off button and Start normally. If that fails, Re boot while tapping F-8 to view options. At boot try esc or F-2. I don't know your Make ,Model, or OS? You didn't give much info so it's hard to make a informed suggestion. Did you do a install or upgrade your OS?

it is possible that there is a mistake in somewhere in BIOS. when booting go to BIOS, and look for booting devices. As a primary booting device should be your HDD, or ODD first and HDD second.
apply these changes and see if the problem is fixed.
if it isn't, it is very likely that your HDD is not working anymore

SOURCE: for Acer Aspire One Net
Your netbook is trying to boot from your Lan/Ethernet connection since It can find no working hard drive to boot from. This usually means that your hard drive has failed.
Also remember that your netbook will try to boot from other drive types including your SD card, USB Memory Stick and even a Magic Jack if you have one inserted in the flash memory slot or USB slot while rebooting the PC.
Many people have mistakenly assumed that their Netbook is messed up because they forget to remove all flash and memory sticks before rebooting.

SOURCE: i have a acer laptop
Its either 1 of 2 problems
you will have to check to see if your hard drive has fallen out of place by un-doing the screws thats holding the hard drive cover in place to check if its in tact then your hard drive has developed a fault and will need to be replaced, if your notebook is still in warranty i would recommend contacting acer to have them replace it for you, if its not in warranty then you will have to buy a new hard drive and softload it using the key you have on the back of your system.
When it says no bootable devices it means that your notebook did not detect your hard drive to boot up from, instead its asking you to put it back in or put in your operating system cd to boot from that, if you need further assistance please ask and rate me Kronoguy
