Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
My re mote control no longer workes I replace d two batteries so I supose I need a new remote. can I buy one?I
did you check the battery compartment for damage, dislocation or any visual oxidation of the contacts?
I've had the problem myself with oxidated contacts. After cleaning and adjusting the contacts, the remote worked fine again ;)
To check if the contacts are located good, just test if your batteries make good contact and are sitting tight between the contacts.
To clean the contacts, if necesarry, take a swap, dipped in cleaning alcohol or nail polish remover and clean the contact surface. Acetone works fine as well, just don't use any other cleaning fluids, because they may make the problem worse.
If the the contacts are seriously oxidated, you can scratch the worst off, with toothpick or a match. Metal objects may scratcj to hard.
Good luck :)

SOURCE: changing main controler
Make sure all three Wiimotes are sincronized with your Wii system. To do this simply take off the back battery cover on your Wiimote and press the red sinc button then you have to press the red sinc button on your Wii console and it is located where you put in the memory card That should resolve your problem.

yes you are supposed to sync it with ps3! to do this:
1. go to settings on ps3 xmb
2. scroll down to accessory settings
3. register BD remote control
4. now you are going to have to holddown enter and start buttons until it synchs with ps3.
note: this can take a few seconds to a few minutes for some reason.
hope this helps!!

If your remotes are showing power lights at the bottom when you press buttons, then you may have a problem with the sensor bar that receives signals from the remotes.
First, try unplugging and plugging back in the sensor bar to the Wii. If it still doesn't work, the next step would be to replace the sensor bar. You can find them just about anywhere you buy Wii accessories and they are fairly cheap.
