Is the transfer case for a 2008 NS Mitsubishi Pajero Auto Petrol (3.8L) same as 2008 Diesel?

I have since discovered that the answer is 'NO'. The part numbers are different - Petrol is MI-3242A055 and Diesel is MI-3242A035. My problem was that The Gearbox Shop at Slacks Creek fitted a diesel version (3.2L V4) in my petrol (3.8L V6) vehicle after a centre diff 'flashing light' problem (contact me if you have that problem). While the final gear ratio is different, the sensor rotor on the rear output shaft is also different - resulting in the speedometer reading between 17.6% and 21.9% above the actual speed as read by my GPS.
I would be interested to know if there are ant other performance differences between the two cases.

Mitsubishi 2008 did not work and get ABS light

Check the fuses and connections on brakes for abs.

My answers are short and sweet. Common sense mostly. If you are trying to get something for nothing...Don't waste my time! Remember if something sounds to good to be true that it usually is. I've spent many years of my life trying to cheat the system and was pretty good at it. This all changed when I discovered that people were doing the same thing to me. What comes around, goes around. Karma! Now I assist people in making win-win deals...that are legit!

Mitsubishi montero limited and the ABS light and brake light is on and has a buzzer/alarm on always. To brake the car you really have to press hard on the brakes. Please what are the possible solutions.

Immediately check your brake fluid level. If its low, you may have a leak within the brake system. This also allows air to enter the brake lines causing insufficient braking power. If levels are ok, have the ABS actuator checked for proper function. Have it diagnosed immediately, as this may cause a major accident.
