Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
TO WHOM IT CONCERNS, I CANT GET MY PRINTER TO WORK ANYMORE. I CHANGED MY COLOR INK CARTIGE AND NOW IT WANT WORK. I TRYED TO REINSTALL MY PRINTER WITH THE DISK, BUT IT COMES UP AND SAIDS , THAT IT CANT BE INSTALLED. DISK IS A 130O SERIES AND MY PRINTER IS A 1341 HP SERIES!!!!! NEED HELP FAST, BATTLE SHIP IS SUNK!!!!! THANK YOU GLENDA
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
