Hello, no the sound card is always integratet on the mainboard:

If you have a set of speakers connect the 3,5mm jack
to the green outlet at the back of the pc.
If still no sound click on the speaker symbol in the task bar
unmute or turn up for the sound.

As far as I can find out the motherboard comes with integrated sound. So you only need to provide the connectors to the speakers. Refer specifications at this site.
