Don't know what you mean by Google, so:
1. Make Google Chrome the default browser on Windows:
  • go to chrome://settings/
  • scroll down until you see Default browser
  • under Default browser, click "Make Google Chrome the default browser".
2. To make Google.com your homepage:
Google Chrome:
  • chrome://settings/
  • under On startup, click "Set pages" next to 'Open a specific page or set of pages'
  • delete the current page, add "google.com" to the list.
Internet Explorer:
  • click on Tools icon at the top right
  • click "Internet Options"
  • set the homepage to "google.com"
  • hit "Apply", then "OK".
Firefox:
  • click on "Open Menu" at the top right
  • click "Options"
  • next to Homepage: write "google.com"
  • hit "OK"

to make google your BROWSER
you will need to download the browser google chrome
to download google chrome visit the first link

to make google chrome your DEFAULT BROWSER
you will need to go into the google chrome settings
  1. Click the Chrome menu 4003bf51063e6dc3e65713ae5b50ee797ee6 on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the "Default browser" section, click Make Google Chrome the default browser.

you will need to do the following (granted it isn't already done)
for GOOGLE CHROME

  3. In the "Appearance" section, check the box next to Show home button. When the box is checked, you'll see a web address below it.
  4. Click Change.

Note: You can't set a homepage for Google Chrome on a tablet or phone.

It depends on the browser you are using?
For Chrome do the following:
Reset your browser settings:
  1. Click the Chrome menu snp_9721c573e41777fba43e1498ad084e3b160c_2696434_en_v2 on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings and find the "Reset browser settings" section.
  4. Click Reset browser settings.
  5. In the dialogue that appears, click Reset. Note: When the "Help make Google Chrome better by reporting the current settings" tick box is selected you are anonymously sending Google your Chrome settings. Reporting these settings allows us to analyse trends and work to prevent future unwanted settings changes.

Tools --- Internet Options ---- Enter: http://www.google.com --- Apply ---- Ok ---- Close browser --- Open browser.

Chrome
Click the Chrome menu snp_2696434_en_v1 on the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
  • Add the home button to the browser toolbar
    Homepage button is off by default. Select the "Show Home button" checkbox in the "Appearance" section to show it on the browser toolbar.
  • Set your homepage
    When the "Show Home button" checkbox is selected, a web address appears below it. If you want the Homepage button to open up a different webpage, click Change to enter a link. You can also choose the New Tab page as your homepage.

if your using google chrome browser go to
setting > look for search > then choose y google etc.
if your using firebox browser then goto option >option >general>then change your homepage to google.com
