I have a pantech c610 and i want to know how to delete messages from the outbox. When i enter the outbox, there is no options tab to delete the messages, the only available function is to go back to the main message menu. help!
The options tab should always appear on the outbox screen. I would try powering off, taking out battery for a few seconds, put back in and power on. I've noticed that most problems with the c610 are solved by turning off and on.

Access menu>messages>(Now from this screen you should see your Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, Saved, Etc. Check to see if you are given 'Options').
This should allow you to delete all text messages in each category. If you are not given an 'Options' feature then access your Inbox and from your Inbox use your 'Options' feature to delete all clutter.
That's a definite problem. The options tab should always be available. I would power off, take out the battery, put it back in, and power on. See if that changes anything. I've noticed that when the pantechc610 is acting funky, turning off and on seems to solve the problem.
